This course provides an introduction to the fundamental principles of artificial intelligence (AI), a rapidly growing discipline aimed at equipping machines with capabilities similar to human intelligence. It explores the historical origins of AI, its main areas (machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.), as well as its methodological approaches (supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, fuzzy logic, etc.).

The course is based on an active and hybrid teaching approach:

  • In-person: through lectures, graded tutorials, and Python lab sessions.

  • Online: through educational forums, interactive quizzes, and enriched digital materials.

A mini-project, completed individually or in pairs, allows students to deepen their knowledge in real-world
